2. Description of Service

CoverCraft is an AI-powered cover letter generator that helps job seekers create personalized, professional cover letters. We offer a free tier (3 generations) and paid plans including pay-per-letter ($2 per letter) and a Pro subscription ($4.99/month).

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using your Manus account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service at scale
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage

5. AI-Generated Content

Cover letters generated by CoverCraft are produced by AI and are provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any content before submitting it to employers. CoverCraft makes no guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for any specific job application.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Pay-per-letter purchases are non-refundable once the letter has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents letter generation, contact us at hello@getcovercraft.com.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your name, experience, job details). The cover letters generated for you are yours to use freely. CoverCraft retains all rights to the service, software, and underlying technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CoverCraft does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from using the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoverCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or damages from reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
