The information you provide to generate cover letters — including your name, job title, target company, and experience summary — is stored to power your letter history and improve the service.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. We only store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage analytics (page views, feature usage) via Umami Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.

Email Address (Guest Users)

If you submit your email address on our paywall or lead capture form, we store it to send you relevant product updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (welcome, purchase confirmation, product updates)
